CLIENT ISSUE
Our client, a global professional services firm, needed to significantly increase the size of their internal audit staff. The client is known for being highly selective, with only a small portion of candidates being accepted through the hiring process.

OUR SOLUTION
Orion established a recruiting lead to develop a pool of over 100 high potential candidates. We went through extensive screening interviews and reference checks prior to submitting candidates to the client. We also incorporated all client feedback into our continuing efforts.

CLIENT OUTCOME
The process took time, but Orion filled all three positions with outstanding professionals. The client remains very happy with the team they have built, all of whom are still in place after more than a year.
